Seeking Concrete Laborers in Brighton, CO – Overtime Opportunities!
Location:
Brighton, CO
Schedule:
Start times between 5:30 AM and 8:00 AM, work until the work is completed.
Environment:
Indoor/outdoor, variable weather conditions, overtime and occasional Saturdays during peak season.
Join our team at a concrete plant where you’ll help set, fill, and grate forms, maintain cleanliness, and support efficient production. This role requires physical work, attention to detail, and teamwork.
Key Job Responsibilities
Set, fill, and grate concrete forms
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Assist with stripping, setup, and pouring concrete beds
Follow directions from supervisors and collaborate with team members
Support quality control and Lean Manufacturing initiatives
Perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, bending, pushing, pulling)
Adapt to various work areas and complete special projects as needed
Requirements
Must have experience in concrete finishing or sheetrock
Must be able to use hand tools and tape measure
Comfortable working in dusty environments and variable weather
Flexible start times (5:30 AM–8:00 AM)
