Seeking Welders in Pueblo, CO
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $22/hour + $3/hour shift differential (after training)
Shift: Must be open to 2nd shift
1st- 6 AM-6 PM, 2-2-3 schedule
2nd: 6 PM–6:30 AM, Mon-Thurs (Friday OT as needed)
Start Date: January 5th or 12th

We’re seeking skilled Welders to perform MIG welding on mild steel and some stainless steel, along with material prep, sanding, grinding, and layout work. Responsibilities
Perform MIG welding on mild steel and stainless steel components
Prep materials, tack weld, fabricate, sand, grind, and inspect finished work
Maintain welding equipment and replenish consumables
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
Collaborate in a fast‑paced production environment
Required Skills
Proficiency in welding techniques: SAW, MIG, TIG, Oxy‑Acetylene
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Experience with large‑diameter rolling and crane operation
Basic computer skills
Familiarity with welding automation and Lean Manufacturing principles
Preferred Skills
Fabrication and assembly experience
Production environment experience
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
