Key Responsibilities

Build and assemble electrical control panels according to engineering drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

Perform machine wiring, routing cables, mounting components, and ensuring proper electrical connections throughout automated systems.

Install and wire components including breakers, relays, contactors, power supplies, PLCs, motor drives, terminal blocks, and safety devices.

Verify panel layout, wiring paths, and component placement for accuracy and compliance with electrical codes and internal standards.

Conduct panel testing, continuity checks, and troubleshooting to ensure full functionality before integration.

Collaborate with mechanical and controls engineers to resolve wiring or layout issues during the build process.

Maintain organized wiring practices, including labeling, routing, and securing cables for clean, professional panel builds.
