We are looking for a Full‑time Diesel Technician onsite in Davenport to maintain, diagnose and repair Exmark mowers and Bobcat equipment. You will shop to customer needs, punch on/off work orders and log detailed service stories in the computer. Your work keeps our customers productive and their machines running smoothly. Responsibilities
Maintain, diagnose and repair Exmark mowers and all types of Bobcat equipment. Punch on/off work orders and enter a detailed log of the work performed. Work in a shop environment, solving machine trouble accurately and on time to reduce customer downtime. Keep track of and improve technician performance metrics such as Technician Efficiency Rate, Recovery Rate and Rework. Qualifications
High school diploma or GED. Three to five years of related diesel or heavy‑equipment experience. Basic computer skills for work‑order entry. Ownership of general tools of the trade. Familiarity with key performance metrics (Technician Efficiency Rate, Recovery Rate, Rework). Benefits
