Sales & Service Technician – Groundworks

The Sales & Service Technician plays an integral role in the post‑installation customer journey, partnering with customers to inspect and service foundation repair and water‑management solutions and supporting additional solution options and needs.
Responsibilities
Execute appointments scheduled with customers
Travel to customers’ homes based on assigned appointments
Build long‑term relationships with customers and professionally represent the company
Recommend additional products and services to enhance or improve original installation or remedy potential issues via established processes
Perform annual customer maintenance visits, examining previously completed work
Perform reactive service appointments—diagnose and fix any issues
Install additional products purchased by the customer as necessary
Adhere to safety regulations and procedures
Examine solutions installed by the company to determine potential warranty or non‑warranty work
Communicate job status (completions and complications), submit documentation to Service Manager and customers as required
Consistently report to work on time each working day
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
1 or more years of proven sales experience preferred but not required
Construction/Home improvement experience preferred
Proven customer relations experience preferred
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
A valid, non‑restrictive Driver’s License is required
Working Conditions
Lifts, pushes, pulls, or carries objects and uses lower back muscles to support heavy loads without fatigue
Requires good manual dexterity and multi‑limb coordination; ability to move arms and legs quickly
Requires excellent stamina
Must be able to read reports, data, statistics and information on computer screens
