Job Summary
We are seeking 20 temporary/full‑time positions in the following Colorado counties: Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Douglas, Denver, Jefferson, Morgan, Weld, Teller, Clear Creek. The role involves physical labor on construction sites related to roofing tasks.
Responsibilities
Demolish existing roofing materials.
Load shingles, tar, tar paper, hot mops and other roofing materials onto the roof.
Operate hand and power tools (air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring equipment, etc.).
Clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces to support excavations, erect scaffolding, and clean up rubble, debris and other waste materials.
Assist other craft workers.
Schedule & Pay Dates of need: 2026‑04‑01 to 2026‑10‑31. Hours guaranteed: 40 per week, Mon‑Fri with possibility of Saturday, 07:30‑04:30. Lift and sustain 50 lbs. No education or experience required. On‑the‑job training available. Starting wage $23.57‑$25.00 per hour; overtime $35.36‑$37.50 per hour.
Benefits & Reimbursements Employer will provide all tools, supplies and equipment. Reimbursement for visa and border crossing fees, inbound transportation, daily subsistence, and hotel costs will be paid in the first workweek. Inbound transportation costs will be covered to ensure wages are not below the FLSA minimum wage. Charters or other transport permitted. Daily meal subsistence paid at $16.28 per day.
Requirements No education or experience required. OTJ training available.
