WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU
Schedule: 12‑hour rotating shifts with built‑in overtime and 7 days off in a row per month
Starting hourly pay of $33‑$40/hour, based on knowledge and demonstrated skill
Up to an additional $1.10/hour of Shift Differential
Quarterly Incentive Bonuses

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH
Use test equipment (megger, DMM, oscilloscope, amprobe, transistor tester, etc.) and conduct instrument calibration
Maintain understanding of engineering drawings; document and update prints
Work with digital and analog electronics, logic circuits, triac power controls, etc.
Maintain accurate, precise records including equipment logs, communication logs, P.M. sheets, job orders
Model the Springville Compass in all work‑related activities
Participate in the Springville upskilling program
Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor
REQUIREMENTS
Two‑year degree or equivalent in Electrical Automation or Electrical Technology
6 months industrial electrical experience within the past 12 months; 2+ years of experience preferred
Willing to work Saturdays, Sundays, shutdown periods, and any shift as needed
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Ability to use required electrical test equipment and hand tools
Knowledge of basic operation of electrical equipment
Ability to troubleshoot and maintain electrical equipment
Knowledge of basic computer programming (PLC, operator interface, Windows, DOS)
SKILLS
Basic knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatic and mechanical aptitude
Basic knowledge of circuit boards, schematics, assembly, vision systems, and troubleshooting
Knowledge of temperature controls
Teamwork capability with minimum supervision
Ability to complete scheduled PMs on time
Experience with Allen‑Bradley PLC (preferred)
Experience in a heavily automated environment (preferred)
