A Day On The Job As An Assembler As an assembler, you are at the forefront of innovation in assembling cutting‑edge cellular booster technology. You will be responsible for following assembly procedures in accordance with specifications, using hand and power tools, and operating test equipment. Your tasks include removing small quantities of metal to clean parts or achieve a precise fit between components, drilling, tapping or reaming holes, aligning and securing components with bolts, screws, or rivets, and setting up, assembling, repairing, testing, and packaging final and sub‑assemblies. You must maintain required work quality and output at all workstations and assembly lines, adhere to established standards, operate test equipment to ensure product specifications are met, document and report discrepancies, and maintain inventory accuracy. Housekeeping, sweeping, trash disposal, and minor maintenance of certain equipment may also be required. Additional duties may be assigned, or responsibilities may change over time.
Work Schedule This position is full‑time Monday through Thursday from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm. We have occasional overtime hours on Fridays, but most Fridays you will be off. The assembler position is seasonal for up to six months and employment may be eliminated during that time. There is a possibility that the position may become permanent depending on company need and job performance.

Perform frequent, repetitive elbow movements
Reach, grasp, grip, and provide fine manipulation with hands
Work independently, manage multiple assignments, and meet tight deadlines
Soldering experience is a plus, but not required
