What You Will Do We are seeking a skilled HVAC systems journeyman with experience in residential, light commercial, and/or heavy commercial markets to work on advanced heavy commercial and industrial equipment. How Will You Do It We offer factory certification through our Service Technical Academy (STA), with milestone recognition, monetary rewards, and opportunities for advancement. We provide top-tier technology, equipment, uniforms, and prioritize employee safety. You will be equipped with the necessary tools and a vehicle to perform your duties at the highest standards. Servicemen should have practical experience with residential, light commercial, or commercial mechanical equipment. Passing an examination to demonstrate specific skills may be required. The scope of work includes commercial HVACR service, repairing centrifugal, steam turbines, absorption machines, open-drive screw chillers, and ammonia systems. Perform maintenance, repair, and replacement services on commercial heating and cooling systems. Required What we look for High School Diploma or equivalent. Four (4) years of commercial and/or industrial mechanical troubleshooting experience in HVAC. Ability to obtain a 30-hour OSHA Certification, to be completed after hours and on weekends, upon hire. Computer literacy with good verbal and written communication skills. UA Certified Journeyman. Preferred Five (5) years of commercial or industrial HVAC experience. Refrigeration Certification (preferred). EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification. Seniority level
