Patriot Heating and A/C is a growing residential HVAC provider in Johnson County, KS. We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC/R systems, with the ability to install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working in various environments. As an HVAC Installer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive high-quality installations and efficient system performance. The position is full time out of our office in Shawnee, KS.

Responsibilities
Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units
Connect systems to fuel and water supply lines, air ducts, and other components
Test installed systems to ensure they are functioning properly and efficiently
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
Requirements
5 years of HVAC Installation experience preferred
Strong knowledge and understanding of refrigerant systems
Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry heavy objects up to 50 lbs
Must be able to climb ladders and work in small crawl spaces/attics
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate a van for job site transportation
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Strong communication skills for effective client interaction
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Experience with Service Titan (and plumbing) a plus
