Location: Williamsville, NY
Salary: $17.00/hr - $32.00/hr
Responsibilities
Assemble, repair, and maintain electric motors.
Test and rewind electric motor and generator stators, armatures, or rotors.
Inspect equipment and parts for damage, diagnose possible reasons for failure.
Provide information on parts/work required and recommend improvements.
Observe and adhere to Power-Flo Technologies safety procedures.
Maintain quality standards.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience specifically in winding AC/DC electric motor stators.
Familiar with hand tools, impact guns, cut off wheels, and drills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
Basic computer skills.
Must regularly lift and/or move more than 25, 50, or 100 pounds.
Valid and clean driver’s license to operate company vehicles.
Physical Requirements
Stand for up to 8 hours.
Lift 50 pounds.
Work on elevated platforms and climb ladders.
Standing, stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching.
Exposure to dust, loud noises, hot and cold conditions.
Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills for hand tools and power tools.
