Your Impact Assist the Installation Merchant team with implementation and execution of labor strategies that align with business objectives and financial goals. Support the team through a variety of tasks including business analysis, labor reviews, vendor meetings, customer quality analysis, store and merchandising communications.
What You Will Do
Responsible for specific portions of labor categories and groups.
Support Installation Merchant teams and execute tasks in a timely manner to deliver on strategic objectives.
Partner with leaders and cross‑functional teams to build labor programs for specified categories.
Analyze business and performance trends and identify areas of opportunity, providing recommendations for improvement.
Help manage relationships with vendors and facilitate vendor relationships as well as service operations relationships, working closely with the Install Merchant and Senior Merchant.
Maintain strong industry expertise to stay aware of new trends/business opportunities in the Services Industry.
Partner for specific category tactics and execution to help meet key metrics including quality, customer, financial and operational targets.
May make or help facilitate labor buying decisions for assigned labor categories.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent years of experience.
1 year of merchandising / installation services / store operations experience.
Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
