General Description
This position is responsible for the complete set up, blow down, and wash down all scales in the scale mezzanine to achieve daily production standards and ensure the production of safe quality food (SQF). Major Responsibilities and Tasks/Duties of the Position
Blow down and wash down scale machines. Set up scales for Master Packs. Ensure an adequate supply of Master Packs is available. Reset E-Stops for PMOs when necessary. Set recipes for scales. Shovel out hoppers when a product must be disposed of. Maintain cleanliness in the area. - Perform any other duties assigned by your supervisor .
