As a
Pre‑Installation Technician
on our Huntsville, AL team, you will accurately measure projects, positioning our Installation teams to deliver a five‑star remodel experience. You will report directly to our Installation Manager and work closely with Lead Installers, Trainers and Warehouse/Operations professionals.

What It Takes to Succeed
Strong attention to detail and demonstrated knowledge in taking precise measurements
Experience in residential remodeling preferred
Ability to carry and climb a ladder, and willingness to work outside, sometimes in inclement weather
Valid driver’s license
Valid smartphone or smart device to log into company systems using two‑factor authentication
What You’ll Contribute
Drive to customer location at appointed times and introduce yourself/company
Review Work Order with customer and confirm products to be installed
Take accurate measurements and compare against Sales measurements; if significantly different, discuss with customer
Identify any important details or information helpful to installers
Snap and upload pictures in Salesforce
View exterior to identify any unique landscaping/terrain
Conduct final review with customer
