Job Summary Working on‑site in the Oviedo, FL manufacturing facility, the Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring our 374Water equipment is operating properly and repairing any known problems along with scheduled or nonscheduled preventative maintenance. This position is required to perform routine maintenance around system equipment component including electrical, plumbing, mechanical, pneumatics and hydraulics. Your main goal will be to minimize downtime and maximize productivity by performing regular maintenance and repairs on all equipment. You will work closely with other members of the maintenance team to troubleshoot and diagnose issues, and develop solutions to keep our facility running smoothly. Additionally, you must learn and demonstrate knowledge of the process and operations of the 374Water equipment to be able to perform the required tasks.

Responsibilities

Electrical: Troubleshoot, repair, and install electrical components and instruments.

Plumbing: Repair and service plumbing components such as PVC, hoses, rigid tubing, stainless fittings, camlock, compression, and NPT. Pressure applications 0 psi to 4500 psi.

Mechanical: Troubleshoot and service motor couplings, gearboxes, pumps, compressors, fans, and cylinders.

Pneumatics: Service and troubleshoot compressors, control valves, actuators, tubing, and pressure reduce/regulate valves.

Hydraulics: Maintain and troubleshoot cylinders, pumps, control valves, manifold blocks, hoses, and controls.

Basic Qualifications

High school diploma, GED or equivalent.

5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance.

5+ years experience with electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.

3+ years experienced reading and interpreting technical manuals and schematics.

3+ years experience working with PLC, control circuits and devices.

3+ years experience working with 24vdc through 480v systems.

Additional Preferred Skills

Candidates must be able to use hand tools, power tools, forklift, troubleshooting equipment, and safety equipment to complete their tasks.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Experience and knowledge of PLC, control circuits and devices.

Experience and knowledge of 24vdc through 480v systems.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Strong problem‑solving skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks.

Ability to function well in a high‑paced and at times stressful environment.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Physical Requirements

Requires using hands to troubleshoot equipment, close vision, and dexterity with fingers.

Requires an individual to sit, stand, and move about the facility.

Ability to lift 40 lbs.
