Responsibilities
Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
Diagnose causes of any malfunction and perform repairs
Coordinate with the Parts department to obtain necessary parts
Communicate updates on timelines and completion dates to Service Manager and Advisor
Communicate upsell opportunities to Service Advisor
Requirements
MMI Graduate or 3+ years of dealership experience preferred
Comprehensive knowledge of motorcycle repair
Own tools for service, repair and customization work in accordance with factory specifications
Maintain technical qualifications through web‑based, in‑dealership and instructor‑led training
Team player
Self‑motivated
Good communication skills
Attention to detail
Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR
Drug‑free status
Acceptable background check
Motorcycle endorsement – FREE Riding Academy available
