Summary Responsible for using mig welding equipment to fabricate or produce products.

Duties and Responsibilities

Strictly follow safety policies, procedures, rules and safe work methods, along with making safety suggestions to support continuous improvements in safety

Position and clamp together components of fabricated metal products preparing to weld

Weld metal parts together through mig welding

Quality control

Grinding of material

Keep shop clean

Organize finished product

Load pallets with finished product

Learn the settings on the welding machine

Count parts and complete work orders

Regular and reliable attendance

Working cooperatively with others to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets

Contribute to continuous improvement culture

Other duties as assigned
