Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Provide heating and cooling services, repairs, and maintenance for HVAC systems, heat pumps, ducted systems, boilers, etc. Communicate all job details to the office via electronic scheduling system Obtain customer approval and payments on-site Maintain clean and professional appearance and vehicle Manage tools, diagnostic equipment, and uniforms responsibly Lead and teach apprentices on-site Attend meetings and training sessions as required Maintain confidentiality and good judgment in all interactions Build positive relationships within the team Required Skills and Abilities: Ability to prioritize and communicate effectively with customers Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills Team player with a proactive attitude Proficiency with electronic devices and scheduling software Ability to work on ladders and lift up to 50 pounds Education and Experience: High School diploma or GED Minimum three years of field experience and formal training EPA certification required Valid driver’s license and a set of professional tools Physical ability to perform job duties Job Details: Full-time position Pay: $18 - $20 per hour Benefits include 401(k), insurance, paid time off, and more Schedule: Monday to Friday, on call, overtime, weekends as needed Experience: HVAC experience preferred, EPA certification required Work Location:
