STRUCTURAL is the open-shop contracting business line of Structural Group.STRUCTURAL is looking for Concrete Laborers to join our team performing work in the Little Rock, Arkansas area.Construction duties include:* Concrete repair* Concrete demolition* Concrete placement and finishing* Waterproofing* Formwork / carpentry* Rebar replacement* Caulking* Expansion joints* Coating application* Carbon Fiber installationJob Requirements:* Understanding of construction equipment, tools and materials* 1-5+ years of prior construction experience preferred but not required* Comfortable working at high heights as some projects may require man lifts or scaffold systems.* Comfortable working on or around water as some projects may require this.* Reliable transportation to travel to and from project sites locally and / or out of town (if selected for out-of-town projects)* Bi-lingual English / Spanish is a plus**Earn between $19-$25 per hour** (based on experience)**\* $300 Signing Bonus**- $150 after 30 days of employment, $150 after 90 days of employment \*Candidates must be team oriented and solution oriented, with a proactive, professional, positive attitude.
Candidates must be safety-oriented in all situations and environments. Candidates must also be able to pass written or computerized industrial plant entrance tests.
