About the Role We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Flat-Rate RV Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in RV diagnostics, repair, and maintenance across a wide range of systems. You should be confident working independently, able to manage flat-rate productivity efficiently, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and maintain RV systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, slide-outs, chassis components, and more
Perform installation of accessories, upgrades, and aftermarket equipment
Conduct inspections and provide accurate repair estimates
Work efficiently in a flat-rate environment while maintaining strong quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers when needed
Follow all safety standards and company procedures
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of hands‑on RV technician experience
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across multiple RV systems
Ability to work independently and manage time in a flat‑rate shop environment
Familiarity with a wide range of RV makes, models, and components
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Preferred Qualifications
RVIA, RVDA, ASE, or manufacturer certifications
Experience with both motorized and towable units
Ability to train or mentor junior technicians
