Towlift has an IMMEDIATE NEED for a Field Service Technician who is open to occasional service calls in Juarez, Mexico.

Compensation Range: $20.00/HR to $29.00/HR $2,000 Sign on Bonus
What You’ll Do:
Diagnose & Repair: Get hands‑on with various forklift models, troubleshooting issues and performing repairs to ensure optimal performance.
Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance, ensuring our fleet runs smoothly and safely.
Safety First: Adhere to all safety protocols, promoting a culture of safety within the workplace.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with staff to coordinate repairs and minimize downtime.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and maintenance schedules.
What You Bring:
Experience: Proven experience as a forklift technician or similar role; familiarity with electrical and hydraulic systems is a plus.
Problem‑Solving Skills: A knack for troubleshooting and a can‑do attitude that tackles challenges head‑on.
Team Spirit: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Customer Service: Be friendly, courteous and approachable.
