Shift Must be able to work retail hours, including some holidays and weekends.

Starting Pay $15.00‑$17.00 per hour. Base pay may vary depending on factors such as job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.

General Description As an Entry Level Automotive Technician, you will gain hands‑on experience in one of Goodyear's Auto Service centers by learning how to perform basic automotive services while delivering outstanding service.

Experience is not required; you will be trained in any required skills.

Preferred Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Previous automotive preventive maintenance experience or formal automotive training.

About the Role: What skills will you learn?

Complete basic automotive services like mounting and balancing tires, tire repairs, oil changes, filter replacements, etc.

Train with mid‑ and senior‑level technicians to learn additional services.

Demonstrate excellent guest service, including clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles.

Promote teamwork to deliver on guest expectations.

Maintain strict adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operation.

Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods, including light and heavy lifting, standing, bending, and squatting.
