Sheet Metal Worker – Level 3

at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing and assembly of aerospace components, ensuring the highest quality standards are met. You will utilize your skills in sheet metal fabrication and assembly to contribute to the production of advanced aerospace technologies. You will report directly to our Production Supervisor and work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and quality of our aerospace products, ensuring they meet the rigorous standards required in the industry.

Responsibilities

Fabricate and assemble sheet metal components according to engineering specifications and quality standards.

Utilize various tools and equipment to cut, bend, and shape metal materials.

Inspect finished products for accuracy and compliance with specifications.

Requirements

Minimum 6 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication and assembly.

Strong knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes and standards.

Proficiency in using hand tools and machinery for metalworking.

Experience with reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.

Familiarity with safety protocols and quality assurance practices in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience in aerospace manufacturing or a related field.

Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
