Position Overview This is a full‑time, permanent role located at our local metal fabrication facility. Welders must be able to pass a box pressure test and fabricate according to prints. Candidates should have 5+ years of proven, on‑the‑job experience in welding.
Shift / Schedule
Shift: 2nd and 3rd shifts available.
Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8 hours per day; some Saturdays also required.
Overtime available.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $30‑$35 per hour based on weld test results.
Health insurance available after 90 days of employment.
PTO offered during the first 30 days of employment.
Weekly pay.
Job Duties
MIG welding on various types of material.
Set up machine based on each task.
Use cutting tools and other related equipment.
Operate forklifts and overhead crane (training provided).
Read and interpret drawings.
Keep workstation clean and organized.
Qualifications
5+ years of MIG experience.
Pass a MIG pressure test.
Set up your own machine.
Use power tools and other equipment.
Pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check.
Willing to work overtime if needed.
Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level.
