Ascendance Truck Centers is seeking an experienced, full‑time Service Technician. The role involves providing technical service to our fleet while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Key duties include maintenance, inspection, part removal, assembly, and reconditioning, supported by proper manuals and reporting. Responsibilities
Provide technical service to vehicles and equipment Read job orders and observe vehicle operation to diagnose malfunctions Follow checklists to ensure all critical parts are examined Inspect and adjust protective guards, loose bolts, and safety devices on trucks Conduct test‑drives to verify smooth operation Tag warranty parts and return them to the warranty clerk Attend training classes and stay current on factory technical bulletins Build and maintain positive customer relationships to increase satisfaction Basic Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of fleet or dealership experience Licenses / Education / Training
High school diploma or equivalent (required) ASE certification (preferred) CDL (preferred) Equal Employment Opportunity Statement
