Position Summary The Assembler I will perform the final assembly of cases and trays following work instructions to ensure the product meets all customer expectations. The role requires the above to be accomplished within Tecomet's principles of continuous improvement, customer‑driven innovation, and a win‑first culture while meeting company financial and other performance metrics.

Responsibilities

Stand at a workbench and assemble product from small and large components using small hand tools, including a screw gun.

Clean product throughout the process, install silicone and handles, and set up and run a pin printer machine.

Report labor accurately and timely, ensuring the traveler is filled out correctly.

Stack parts on racks or an appropriate table, ensuring line clearance to prevent product mix‑ups.

Package product for shipping, including bagging, applying documentation, bubble wrap, and boxing.

Perform other duties or special projects as required or assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Familiar with manufacturing operations.

Team player with flexibility to move from one task to another.

Basic math skills.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Ability to work independently and exercise judgment.
