Important Note This position requires hands‑on CNC setup experience. We are not seeking machine operators only. Qualified candidates must have 3‑5 years of CNC Lathe and/or CNC Mill setup experience, with exposure to basic programming and quality control.

Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC Lathes and/or CNC Mills
Monitor part quality using basic quality control and inspection tools
Ensure components meet print and tolerance requirements
Track and analyze KPIs related to machining and quality
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement efficiencies
Collaborate with leadership to support operational and strategic goals
Ensure compliance with aerospace and defense industry standards
Required Skills & Experience
3-5+ years of experience setting up and operating CNC Lathes and/or Mills
Basic CNC programming knowledge
Experience with Fanuc controls or similar
Strong understanding of machining processes and tolerances
Ability to analyze data and make quality‑driven decisions
Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Continuous improvement mindset
