In this CNC Machinist role you will set up and operate a variety of machines to produce parts to exacting tolerances while contributing to process improvements and supporting colleagues with training and guidance.

Responsibilities
Setting up, adjusting and operating a range of machinery to meet production requirements
Following established procedures and certified processes for production runs
Completing first‑piece and last‑piece inspections and meeting all quality expectations
Supporting new colleagues with training and guidance
Completing calculations related to machines and materials
Qualifications
At least two years of experience operating or setting up machinery in a manufacturing environment
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Ability to diagnose and resolve machine issues or suggest corrective actions
Confidence using or learning specialised tools
Good numerical ability with understanding of basic maths and the metric system
This is an on‑site second shift position running from three in the afternoon to eleven thirty at night with a ten percent shift differential. The role offers stability, technical challenge and the opportunity to progress your career as a CNC Machinist in a respected aerospace and defence environment.
