What You’ll Do
Operate machines to cut, punch, bend, weld, or shape materials into specified components to meet current demands.
Set up machines and confirm specifications using drawings, blueprints, tablets, or other tools.
Safely use lifting devices, such as cranes and forklifts, to position materials or parts as needed.
Utilize measuring tools and processes to perform inspections before, during, and after production, ensuring materials meet exact specifications.
Actively participate in continuous improvement and corrective‑action activities.
Maintain and organize material inventory, perform machine maintenance, and support housekeeping and organizational standards, such as 5‑S practices.
