Pro-Active Engineering has openings for Machine Operators and Technicians to help build quality Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) for various electronics. Opportunities include SMT Machine operations, AOI/X-ray technicians and more.
Responsibilities
Run and operate/load automated production equipment. Read and follow production documents to fully understand the project at hand. Operate machine following work order documentation. Review boards and components in process and post‑assembly for defects and consistency to ensure accuracy. Perform preventative and general maintenance on machines. Keep an accurate count of product at your workstation while inspecting every piece for defects. Competencies
Technical Capacity Problem Solving/analysis Results Driven Organizational Skills Time Management Attention to Detail Teamwork Required Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) 1‑2 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Knowledge of electronic components Experience and ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment Preferred Education and Experience
Soldering Experience Previous Machine Operating experience Compensation and Benefits
