Key Responsibilities

Assist in Hydro Excavation Operations: Support the operator using high‑pressure water and vacuum systems to expose underground utilities safely.

Set Up and Secure Job Sites: Prepare work areas, set up safety barriers, and ensure all necessary equipment is in place.

Support Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning.

Comply with Safety Regulations: Follow all company and site‑specific safety regulations, including PPE usage, and attend regular safety meetings.

Handle Materials Responsibly: Assist in the proper handling, collection, and disposal of debris in compliance with environmental standards.

Work as a Team Player: Communicate effectively with the operator and crew to ensure smooth project execution.

What You Bring to the Team

Proven experience in hydro excavation, construction, labor, or industrial work

Physical ability to lift at least 50 lbs and work in various environments

Strong commitment to safety and compliance with regulations

Ability to pass criminal and MVR backgrounds as well as drug screen

Must be willing to work overtime, nights, weekends, and travel or work out of town

Work Environment

The position involves lifting (up to 50 – 75 pounds), pushing, pulling, and bending; the level of physical effort may vary from site to site.

May be exposed to physical occupational risks (such as cuts, burns, exposure to toxic chemicals, etc.) occasionally.

Work environment includes dirt, odors, noise, and weather extremes most of the workday.

Normal setting for this job is outdoors and/or driving a vehicle.
