What We’re Looking For
3+ years of residential HVAC service experience required
Strong technical troubleshooting skills
Selling‑style technician who enjoys presenting solutions and closing opportunities
EPA Certification (required)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Excellent communication skills and customer service focus
Self‑motivated, organized, and reliable
Ability to work independently in the field while maintaining high quality standards
Work Schedule
Full‑time, year‑round work
Typical schedule: Monday–Friday, also need a Tuesday - Saturday
Occasional overtime or weekends during peak seasons

What You’ll Do
Diagnose, repair, maintain, and tune up residential HVAC systems
Communicate clearly with homeowners and provide professional recommendations
Present repair, maintenance, and replacement options (commission‑eligible)
Perform safety inspections and verify system performance
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and follow‑through
Maintain accurate documentation and use company platforms (ServiceTitan, etc.)
Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a customer‑first mindset
Pay Transparency The starting salary for this opportunity range is listed. Other rewards may include annual bonus eligibility, which is based on company and individual performance, short- and long‑term incentives, and program‑specific awards.
