Responsibilities
Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.
Diagnose cause of malfunction.
Complete all work according to applicable safety requirements.
Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results & time, per company recording & clocking procedures.
Responsible for providing and maintaining an inventory of normal mechanics tools.
Requirements
2-3 years (minimum) flat rate franchise car dealer experience preferred.
ASE or dealership manufacturer certifications a plus.
Toyota or Lexus experience required.

Compensation The hourly estimated pay range is $17.00 to $40.00. This performance-driven position is eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses on production productivity.
