Knowledgeable in multiple trades
Responsibilities
Perform all types of quality handyman repairs
Carpentry, drywall repair, painting, tile work, basic plumbing and electrical
Proper equipment usage – know what tools are needed for each task
Troubleshooting – quick thinker, prompt resolution of problems
Excellent communication with management, office personnel, fellow employees, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and commercial customers
Presentable – clean‑cut appearance, decent vehicle, organized tools
Customer confidence – observe property, communicate to customer, produce additional work opportunities; punctual, efficient, maintain integrity, top customer satisfaction; integral part of winning team; exceed customer expectations
