Position Summary Perform with mastery the required tasks and duties for the designated responsibilities of one or more operational positions, as determined by core team composition and crewing needs. Maintain timely progress through assigned operational training and flexibly perform a variety of roles in a team‑based environment. Perform all jobs safely, efficiently and accurately to maintain and improve plant performance in Safety, Quality, Reliability (SQR) and our Customer 1st strategy. Provide leadership embodying our 7 Kroger Manufacturing High Performance Work System principles and demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
Maintain timely arrival and attendance for scheduled shift.
Demonstrate willingness and ability to learn.
Master at least one core team operational position.
Make timely progress in qualifying to independently perform all operational functions assigned by the core departmental team.
Steadily advance in leadership and operational skill development as required to advance to Tech Level 2 performance within the established time frame.
Participate in the team’s rotational schedule when qualified on multiple positions.
Model safe behavior in execution of operational roles.
Perform all duties in a manner that ensures product quality.
Model role‑appropriate leadership behavior in keeping with Kroger Values.
Demonstrate actions motivated by functional understanding of plant strategy, functions and operational objectives.
Show commitment to team goals through cooperative and aligned behavior.

Minimum Position Qualifications / Education
Must be at least 18 years of age.
High School diploma or GED.
Must demonstrate reliable, punctual attendance including participation in rotational scheduling.
Highly self‑motivated, with ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Effective problem‑solving ability.
Active listening skills.
Effective oral/written communication skills.
Positive, approachable demeanor.
Able to work in a fast‑paced environment and readily adapt to change.
