Position Summary Pro-Tops Inc. is seeking a skilled Granite Countertop Installer to support our growing operations in the Raleigh area. The ideal candidate has hands-on stone installation experience, takes pride in quality workmanship, and works professionally in customer homes and job sites. Bilingual (Spanish / English) preferred.

Performance Objectives (Responsibilities)
Measure job sites and install granite and other stone countertops
Cut, grind, polish, level, and finish stone surfaces and edges
Install sinks, fixtures, and related hardware
Ensure quality, safety, and craftsmanship standards are metMaintain clean and safe job sites
Communicate effectively with customers and team members
Key Competencies
Strong attention to detail
Accurate measuring and layout skills
Problem-solving in field conditions
Teamwork and communication
Commitment to safety and quality
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Stone or countertop installation experience preferred
Construction or trade experience a plus
Bilingual (Spanish / English) preferred
Physical Requirements / Qualifications
Ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials (100+ lbs, with assistance)
Ability to perform physical work for extended periods
Valid drivers license and reliable attendance
