DeVivo Truck & Trailer is seeking a full‑time 2nd shift (Noon – 8:00 PM) Refrigeration Technician for our Buffalo, NY location.

Compensation of $20.00‑$46.00 /hour
Primary Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance & service inspections on a variety of transport refrigeration units (TRU) & auxiliary power units (APU)
Perform diagnostic, repair work on mobile refrigeration equipment, auxiliary power units & heater equipment
Follow established technical & administrative processes
Complete repair orders & parts usage forms
Communicate effectively with supervisor, team members, & customers
Remain current on technical & regulation requirements
Perform road service calls as required
Position Requirements
5 years’ experience in the field of refrigeration/HVAC equipment installation and/or repair
EPA 608/609 refrigeration certifications
Skills to sufficiently install, diagnose and repair refrigeration equipment
Demonstrate technical knowledge of refrigeration systems, components, materials, methods & equipment to perform, prioritize and complete job assignments
Own & maintain the proper hand tools to perform job functions
High school diploma or equivalent; technical trade school a plus
Proficient with computer operation/usage
Valid driver’s license
A New York State motor vehicle inspector certificate is preferred but not required
