About the Position As Mavis’s leader in undercar repairs, you will inspect, diagnose, and perform a wide variety of automotive services. Your daily duties include brakes, struts, shocks, state‑mandated inspections, oil and filter changes, fluid checks, part replacements, and tire dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing.
Responsibilities
Inspect, diagnose, and repair undercar systems such as brakes, struts, and shocks.
Complete state‑mandated inspections and ensure vehicle compliance.
Perform routine maintenance: oil and filter changes, fluid checks, and part replacements.
Dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires for optimal performance.
Stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, climb, pull, reach, and lift items repeatedly, including lifting weights over 50 lb.

Qualifications
At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
Minimum 2 years of experience and/or training in automotive repair and maintenance, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Extensive personal tool set used in performing undercar repairs.
Preferred: state inspection license(s).
Preferred: ASE certifications – Automotive Maintenance and Light Repair (G1), Suspension and Steering (A4), and Brakes (A5).
Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, climb, pull, reach, and lift over 50 lb repeatedly.
