Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Multitrade Craftsman, based in Clayton, NC. Responsibilities include performing specialized concrete work such as polishing, installations, custom finishes, and repairs for commercial, industrial, and residential projects. The Multitrade Craftsman will execute high-quality work using advanced techniques, adhere to design specifications, maintain safety standards, and collaborate effectively with the team to deliver exceptional results and meet project timelines. Accurate reporting and proper use of tools and equipment are expected on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in concrete polishing, placement, finishing, and repair techniques
Proficiency in working with specialty concrete features such as resinous coating systems, integrally colored systems, and polished toppings
Experience in using advanced concrete repair techniques, such as injections, joint rebuilding, and corrosion-affected surface restoration
Strong comprehension of safety protocols, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution
Problem-solving skills and ability to deliver innovative, high-quality craftsmanship
Physical fitness and capability to perform manual labor; experience working on-site on construction or repair projects
Prior experience with industrial floor repair or similar concrete structures is a plus
