The successful candidate for our Epoxy Flooring / Concrete Polishing Crew & Foreman position will demonstrate initiative, be a self‑starter with a high level of professional integrity, and have a strong work ethic and competitive drive.

Pay rate of $21–$31 per hour, dependent upon experience

Responsibilities
Install polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and hard surface flooring systems
Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety rules and regulations
Proper use of equipment and materials
Strive to meet and exceed all production targets
Input timely hours
Qualifications
Experience with concrete polishing and epoxy/urethane flooring
Willingness to travel and stay out of town
Ability to work overnights, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
18 years of age or older
Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen
Authorized to work in the United States
Must obtain respirator medical evaluation and pass fit test
