Markham Processing Plant, Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc. Position Overview
Work 12‑hour shifts (4 pm–4 am) with rotating weekends off (36/48‑hour schedule). Start pay $35.05 per hour. This year‑round indoor position includes five 20‑minute paid breaks. Expected to develop into an Electro‑Mechanic or Master Mechanic within two years. Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain, install, rebuild, and repair all plant equipment Perform general building and system repairs Use hand and power tools for equipment repair/ replacement Diagnose electrical issues with multimeter and other tools, replacing components as needed Read manuals, blueprints, and schematics to diagnose problems Accurately pull information and input data into the CMMS system Conduct basic boiler maintenance and ammonia system work Fabricate parts using appropriate machining equipment Weld broken equipment and tools Perform 5S and maintain good housekeeping Assist other maintenance personnel as required Execute other duties as assigned by management Benefits
