What our HVAC Technicians do? Technicians enter clients’ homes to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and cooling systems, as well as perform assigned preventative maintenance.

Compensation

Base pay up to $32/hr.

Tools, resources, and training allow technicians to earn over $48 per hour.

Competitive base salary and bonus program; top technicians make over $100,000 per year.

Sign-on bonus of $3,000 possible for top candidates.

2 weeks paid time off for all new hires.

Qualifications

Experience as an HVAC Service Technician.

Relevant licenses and certifications.

A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Clean and neat appearance.

Strong customer service and communication skills.
