Schedule:
Monday – Friday
Key Responsibilities
Service and Repair: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair appliances such as washing machines, dryers, and air‑vending machines. Ensure all repairs are carried out efficiently and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and safety standards.
Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance and preventative services on appliances to ensure optimal performance and extend their lifespan. This includes cleaning, lubricating, replacing worn‑out parts, and adjusting settings as necessary.
Customer Service: Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner, addressing their concerns and providing accurate information regarding the repair or maintenance process.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of service calls, repairs performed, parts used, and any other relevant information. Prepare service reports and update the internal database with accurate, up‑to‑date information.
Parts and Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of spare parts and tools. Order necessary parts and equipment to ensure the availability of required resources for efficient repairs and maintenance.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working with electrical systems and appliances. Ensure personal safety and the safety of customers' property during service calls.

What We’re Looking For
Valid Driver’s License
Ability to pass pre‑employment screening
Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge
Previous experience in appliance repair or a related field is preferred
Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers effectively
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Physical stamina and dexterity to handle and maneuver heavy appliances
Basic computer skills for documentation and communication purposes
Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and frequently work in a variety of environmental conditions
