Videojet is a world leader in product identification, providing in‑line printing, coding, and marking solutions for food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and industrial markets.
Schedule Monday‑Friday, 6 AM – 2:30 PM. Overtime or weekends may be required.
Typical Day
Assembly of products: follow standard operating procedures, work orders, and specifications to assemble parts into finished products. Ensure parts are correctly installed and meet production goals.
Quality: inspect and test products during and after assembly to ensure they meet required quality standards; identify and resolve defects.
Collaboration: work closely with team members, supervisors, and engineers to improve processes, resolve issues, and maintain workflow.
Safety: follow all safety procedures, use PPE, and maintain safe working conditions.
Troubleshooting: identify and resolve issues arising during assembly.
Continuous improvement: participate in training and improvement initiatives to enhance skills and product quality.
Cleanliness: keep workstations and surrounding areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Essential Job Requirements Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required.
At least 1 year of previous experience in manufacturing or assembly is preferred.
Technical Skills
Basic knowledge of assembly processes and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret operating procedures and technical documents.
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
Physical Stamina and Dexterity
Can lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Can stand, bend, twist, and crouch for extended periods.
Manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination to assemble parts with precision.
Attention to Detail
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality of the finished product.
Ability to spot defects or errors during assembly and take corrective action.
Problem‑Solving Abilities
Ability to troubleshoot issues arising during the assembly process.
Strong critical thinking skills to resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
Time Management
Ability to meet production deadlines and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
Good organizational skills to manage tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
Basic Math Skills
Ability to perform basic math calculations to measure parts, count inventory, and complete work logs.

Compensation Hourly: $17.00 – $21.00 USD. Eligible for bonus pay.
