Key Job Responsibilities
Determine testing and analysis by communicating with shop representatives and reviewing all estimates for repair
Perform diagnostic testing, programming, ADAS calibrations, and analysis
Perform wiring repairs
Advise shop of needed repairs
Keep inventory of stock, communicating with support staff for needed orders and verifying order receipts
Write, print, and email service invoices
Collect signature or payment for work performed
Deliver completed invoices and payments to office in an orderly manner
Keep shop equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns; maintain supplies; perform preventative maintenance; advise management of repairs; keep Google Drive up to date
Collaborate with teammates according to PPT guidelines to schedule and complete jobs
Other duties as assigned
Preferred Skills & Experience
Knowledge of OE scan tools
Ability to learn new tools as needed
Knowledge of wiring repair procedures
Ability to service A/C systems
Possesses diagnostic skills in the automotive trade
Basic computer knowledge including using email, spreadsheet and messaging systems
Willing and able to update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading technical publications, and the like
Must possess high school degree or GED equivalent
4+ years relevant automotive/electronic technician experience required
