Job Description
Perform high-quality welds on heavy steel components used in industrial applications
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols
Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently (MIG, Flux Core, and other processes)
Inspect finished welds to ensure compliance with quality standards
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Maintain a clean and organized work area while following strict safety protocols
Qualifications
2+ years of welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Proficiency in MIG and Flux Core welding processes
Ability to work with large steel structures and heavy materials
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet production demand
