Job Title: Automotive Collision Repair Technician
Location: Diamond Quality Collision, Alexandria, MN
Base pay range $25.00/hr - $35.00/hr

Position Summary
We’re seeking an experienced Automotive Collision Repair Technician with advanced knowledge in the collision repair industry. The ideal candidate will be a self‑driven professional who strives for excellence, is always looking for ways to improve, and has a passion for high‑quality workmanship, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Have a positive attitude
Perform complete body and structural repairs on a variety of vehicles, including aluminum and steel.
Conduct vehicle tear‑downs, damage assessments, and reassembly.
Prep and refinish vehicles to OEM or higher standards.
Follow manufacturer repair guidelines to ensure quality and safety.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Communicate effectively with estimators, painters, and management to ensure efficient workflow.
Perform other related duties to ensure effective and efficient repairs.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in collision repair, body work, or refinishing
Proficiency in aluminum, steel, and structural repair techniques
I‑CAR or ASE certifications preferred (not required but a plus)
Strong understanding of repair procedures and materials
Ability to operate frame machines, welders, and refinishing tools safely
Detail‑oriented with pride in craftsmanship
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
