Hiring Experienced 5+ Year Plumbers – Shift: 12 PM – 8 PM – 1‑Tom‑Plumber Franchise HQ.
Compensation & Shift Salary plus commission. 12 PM – 8 PM shift, with nights and weekends as part of a 24/7 on‑call rotation.

What You’ll Do
Respond quickly and effectively to emergency plumbing and drain service calls, including nights and weekends as part of an on‑call rotation.
Provide exceptional customer service by listening to client concerns, diagnosing issues, and offering effective solutions.
Perform high‑quality work on a variety of plumbing issues, including repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance.
Maintain communication with dispatch throughout the day to ensure efficient scheduling and service.
Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, and stocked with necessary equipment and tools.
Participate in team meetings and provide feedback to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
Be the team player that everyone enjoys working with – dependable, positive, and professional.
What We’re Looking For
Six or more years of plumbing experience.
Ability to generate a minimum of $35,000 in monthly revenue when given tools and opportunities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Familiarity with plumbing systems, tools, and techniques, and a commitment to learning and growing.
Willingness to uphold the highest standards in workmanship, safety, and integrity.
Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced environment and work on‑call as needed.
Must know Service Titan.
Must be self‑sufficient and have a clean driving record.
Must be willing to work on‑call – a 24/7 emergency service plumbing company.
