Base pay range
$60,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr
Project Recruit has partnered with a multidisciplinary law firm with nearly 300 attorneys, a regional leader that operates from a strategic platform in significant markets such as NY, Boston, and Toronto. Responsibilities
Managing title, survey, zoning, and diligence matters
Preparing and reviewing transfer documents and other related closing documents
Coordinating recordings and filings
Preparing post-closing binders while working closely with attorneys and clients to ensure seamless transactions
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate is preferred
Three years of commercial real estate experience; some residential experience is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and related office software.
