Qualifications
You have completed vocational training, such as Paralegal, Office Management, or a related field.
You have gained your first professional experience in a law firm, notary office or an in‑house legal department.
You impress with a confident, professional demeanor and demonstrate a high level of discretion and loyalty.
You are proficient in MS Office (Office 365, OneNote, Teams).
You have business‑fluent language skills in Dutch or French, strong conversational skills in English; knowledge of German is considered an advantage.
You work independently, in a structured and dedicated manner, and bring strong service orientation, flexibility, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
You handle internal and external correspondence, coordinate appointments, and ensure structured document management.
You support the team in all organizational and administrative matters:
Drafting, laying out, revising and translating documents, as well as coordinating internal and external communication to ensure efficient information transfer.
Organizing business trips, training courses, events and following up on the team's to‑do lists to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
Checking invoices and monitoring and organising corporate administration.
Maintain data and files.
You reliably monitor deadlines and reminders and maintain legal case lists with accuracy.
You prepare and follow up on meetings in a professional manner, including creating and formatting presentations and working materials.
